TERMS & CONDITIONS

A. Applicable to Non‑Members

1. Customers with a minimum spending of VND 1,000,000 are entitled to receive 01 gift during the promotion period.
2. Each receipt is eligible for one (01) gift redemption only on the same purchase date.
   The final payment value per receipt must be VND 50,000 or above, excluding gift vouchers and other promotional discounts.
   A maximum of 05 receipts from different stores may be combined for redemption.
3. Only valid and complete original receipts are accepted.
   Handwritten, reprinted, deposit, exchange, top‑up, interbank receipts, or receipts that are altered, forged, unclear, invalid, or outside the permitted timeframe will not be accepted.
4. Upon gift redemption, customers must present:
   • Valid receipt(s)
   • Purchased product(s)
   • National ID card/Citizen ID or passport
5. Gift redemption must be conducted at the Information Desk during the promotion period and within Hanoi Centre’s operating hours.
   Hanoi Centre does not accept gift redemption via any other methods.
6. Tenants and employees of tenants at Hanoi Centre are not eligible to participate in this promotion, even with valid receipts.
7. By participating in the promotion, customers agree to provide personal information (including full name and phone number).
   Hanoi Centre reserves the right to use such information for marketing and promotional purposes related to future programs, in compliance with applicable regulations.
8. Hanoi Centre Management reserves the right to amend or modify the promotion terms and conditions when deemed necessary.

B. Applicable to Rewards+ Members

1. Rewards+ members with a minimum spending of VND 800,000 are entitled to receive 01 gift during the promotion period.
2. Customers must ensure they are successfully registered as Rewards+ members at the time of gift redemption.
3. Each receipt is eligible for one (01) gift redemption only on the same purchase date.
   The final payment value per receipt must be VND 50,000 or above, excluding gift vouchers and other promotional discounts.
   A maximum of 05 receipts from different stores may be combined.
4. Only valid and complete original receipts are accepted.

5. This promotion cannot be combined with other Rewards+ promotions for new members or spending‑based membership campaigns.

7. Only the registered account holder whose personal information matches the membership account is eligible to redeem the gift.
   Gift redemption on behalf of another person is not accepted.
8. Gift redemption must be conducted at the Information Desk during the promotion period and within Hanoi Centre’s operating hours.
   Hanoi Centre does not accept gift redemption via any other methods.
9. Tenants and employees of tenants at Hanoi Centre are not eligible to participate in this promotion, even with valid receipts.
