TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility

  • Applicable to customers holding a valid Rewards+ membership account at Hanoi Centre
  • Each customer is entitled to register for only one (01) workshop during the program period

2. Participation Requirements

Participants are required to:

  • Complete registration via the official registration link
  • Present a valid Rewards+ membership code at check‑in
  • Bring 10 clean plastic bottles (500ml each)

Customers may fulfill the participation condition by:

  • Bringing 10 clean plastic bottles (500ml each), or
  • Presenting a valid receipt with a minimum spending of VND 2,000,000 at Hanoi Centre

3. Workshop Regulations

  • Workshop slots are limited and allocated on a first‑come, first‑served basis
  • Participants arriving more than 15 minutes late may be refused entry to ensure program quality
  • Hanoi Centre reserves the right to decline participation if eligibility requirements are not fully met

4. Participant Benefits

  • Full access to workshop activities and materials
  • Finished products may be taken home after the workshop

5. Photography & Media

By participating in the workshop, customers agree that Hanoi Centre may:

  • Take photos and videos during the event
  • Use such materials for communication, marketing, and promotional purposes on official channels

6. General Terms

  • Participants may be required to present valid identification (Citizen ID/Passport) and a Rewards+ membership code for verification
  • Only the registered Rewards+ account holder with matching personal information is eligible to participate
    ❌ Participation on behalf of another person is not accepted
  • Tenants and employees of tenants at Hanoi Centre are not eligible to participate, even with valid receipts
  • This program cannot be combined with other member promotions or offers
  • Hanoi Centre Management reserves the right to amend workshop content, conditions, and schedule when necessary
  • Any changes (if applicable) will be updated on Hanoi Centre’s official Fanpage
